Yes, he has trauma so it’s hard for him, but he admits the way he treats others he doesn’t care, but when he started doing the same to Mc he felt horrible about it and only wanted to be nice to her.
What trauma does he have ?
It hasn’t gone into detail yet but it hints a lot in the later chapters. I think he tried to commit and out the tattoo over it to hide the scar. The dad has people watching over him to make sure he doesn’t do anything “weird” and his brother hates his guts and he even says his brother would be happy he is dead.
