A yaoi manga with a uke who is a doctor or something like that. One day the uke got sick or something so he slept in the hospital and the main character of the manga was in love with the seme and he was one of the patients in the same hospital. So, he fucked the seme after the seme fucked him without the uke knowing but then the uke get back to the seme. I think the seme was a doctor too. Hope anyone can find it!
