I think it's interesting cause if you read it carefully you'll figure out that Oku was the one in the beginning sitting in front of his dead mom, and the wristbands are suspicious, if you think about it; it's obvious that people wouldn't show their scars proudly like that, the wristbands to me kind of screamed: "Self-harm." Of course sometimes people just wear them for fashion or whatever, but in this manga it's an obvious tell-tale concerning Oku's past with his mother and it's easy to figure that out when they all share that same dream, but even without that - with a f**ked up backstory to Oku, why wouldn't he think of self-harm to escape from his mother's delusions and obsession? And then you see that only Yatou's face is blacked out when we see his story compared to everyone else's, yet only Kanda's story didn't seem right, so if everyone else is genuine then where does that leave Kanda? And Yatou who is missing his head? - but then again, it's like Kanda has a sign above his head that says PUPPET.
