Go cry in a corner and stop pretending. If it really was that unimportant to you and you really didn't have time, you wouldn't have wasted it answering me with empty phrases. You didn't have anything to say to me to begin with, so I take it you had too much time on your hand; now you're trying to tell me otherwise.
The sort of human that ticks me off the most, I might say.
Don't see how I overrected with a simple statement of three short sentences. As a writer, from my experience, something like this is simply annoying and even a little insulting, depending on how the mangaka or author takes it. If it makes no sense comparing, then one work is one work and another is another.
Saying "I have read somewhere" in this context wasn't needed, since there was nothing outstandingly wrong or strange with the shown plot. And in fantasy, every author can create his own universe, with his own rules attached to it. That's all I stated.
So if I'm supposed to "at least" acknoledge that persons comment, why don't you at least acknoledge mine?
It was his or hers decision to answer then, eventhough that person had nothing to say from the start. Everything but the first and actual comment was just an answer to his or her reaction.
Well, let's hope that was clear enough for you to understand. If not, don't bother asking twice. I'm not here, just to make everybody happy, after all.
I did acknowledge yours. I said "yes, the mangaka is allowed to make vampires how he/she wants to."
I agree with that. I'm just asking you to not feel offended for this, because the OP just wanted to tell everyone about something that might have fit with the story. Yes, an author is allowed to create their own world and own rules. But that doesn't mean people aren't allowed to point out that it's different than usual. It's not like OP was saying "no this is terrible and wrong, I read that vampires marry inside the family so this author must be an idiot."
That's all I have to say. If you still disagree then that isn't my problem, and since neither of us want to his he no continue talking to each other, let's drop it.
Well, i thought i read somewhere that Vampires do marry inside the family unless they cannot find anyone outside the family...like royalty.
