He’s drunk. Probably can’t think straight
Ohh, I don't take my phone in bathroom when I'm drinking with my friends! I've had a few accidents of accidently leaving my phone on the bathroom, that's why I prefer leaving it to my friends.
Well it's his friends that still think he's straight so maybe not his best idea
Who tf doesn't take their phone with them lol? Especially in that situation. The only excuse I can have is that he's got way too much in his head rn to think properly but that's a bit of a reach
