I left a long reply to your other post about the politics that comes into play for entering the harem and why it constantly increases. However, I'll tell you now that Jing explicitly tells Lu Cang in the epilogue, "Why do you think I only sleep with a woman once and never touch her again? It's because I respect/adore you (Lu Cang) too much."
So basically, if a woman gets pregnant after he sleeps with them only once, then good. If they don't get pregnant after he sleeps with them, then those girls will be barren and childless their entire life. So basically he's telling Lu Cang other than him, he does not plan to spend more time with them than is necessary. He can give away his body. A lot more happens, but I'll go into detail when I translate the epilogue. Everyone is just going to keep wondering what's happening now lol.
