Honestly, if it’s something he really wanted I’m sure he would switch, but he made it as an offhanded comment not something he really wanted.

i think kuroi just likes bottoming lmao. when akabane says whoever is topping shirakaba must be having a hard time, kuroi, with like zero hesitation, is like "i'm the bottom tho".
What a wasted opportunity to create a versatile couple! And what a turn-off that MC's reason to refuse his lover's offer of switching was that "I want to continue seeing a tough guy under me". Ugh...! The story was okay overall and I loved the black hair guy's personality and physics but it had the potential to be much better than this.
