Haha no, not at all. Anatomical study was conducted exclusively on dead bodies. In rare cases, it was possible to obtain the body of someone who had just been executed, so it would still be warm. However, studying the living body was forbidden by the Church, which during the Renaissance had a much stronger influence in the Italian peninsula. There are a few recorded instances of studies on living bodies, but these were extremely rare and harshly punished
