Are you from the Philippines? If so, then we have the same problem.
If your wifi's internet provider is Globe (like mine) then that's the reason why you're having problems with this website. I think it's because Globe has been actively blocking 'malicious' and 'illegal' sites from being accessed by their consumers.
I can access this site again after I using a pocket wifi with smart sim. This problem can also be solved if you have a Smart/TNT sim and use mobile data, or use VPN if mobile data is not that good in your area.
