From the raws i read, though i don't understand the dialogues, but from the drawings, it is pretty obvious that Kou is an asshole who is super casual about being involve in sexual relationships and have without a doubt hurt Shinobu's feelings, though in the end, he seems to repent and realise that he actually LOVE Shinobu and tried hard to chase him back.....I am going to give this manga a drop as i hate such cheater story plot where the seme doesn't seem to find it an issue to cheat or not be serious in relationships.
