Currently going through the same thing with my grandma . She’s got beginners Alzheimer’s and it’s slowly getting to her where she randomly thinks I’m 15 randomly but I’m way older than 21 now and it just hurts but I’ve been doing activities with her to remind her I’m here and I won’t forget her and she won’t forget me
