I think the ending would've been better if Pascal would've talked to richard (blue eyes) tbh- like imagine the ending went that way
Pascal sees richard sitting in that chair and his eyes start tearing up, richard turns to the sound and Pascal sees the condition he's in, his knees give in and richards hears the thump(?) on the floor and then Pascal says "Richard" in a cracking voice- cuz he's crying and Richard is like "P-Pascal? (i forgot his first name)" and sounds lokwey confused, and then- idk they start talking or smth
