Remember a bit of the plot but not the title. The twins were given 13 rings(piercing), every time they are about to commit sucide they give themselves a piercing eventually they passed the leftovers to the other kid (who is traumatized from watching his friend fall from a balcony because the victim move away afterward the kid thought he died) the twins told him, Once all the rings are used the twins agreed to commit sucided with him.
