Apparently it’s familia love that he feels. He probably called her funny for saying sum abt the age gap cause he knows she isn’t really a kid and he finds it cheeky that she’s pretending in front of him anyways
It’d be super creepy if he did since she’s only seven rn and he’s a whole ass decade older than her

I actually LOVE this story the mc is figuring shit out and actually doing something abt em, the mom isn’t dead but ain’t a saint either (she can go to hell for all I care) Mc basically has a second dad (tower master) the older brothers (cousins) wanting to be her favorite and being cute with the ML saying there’s a ranking, her deciding to prevent the older brothers death. Everything is checking off my boxes and it’s so interesting to read. A grandpa is In the story who is nice AND a kind aunt? Oooo yesss I am SEATEDDD
