It's not incest you dweebs

Here is what Google says:

""If you are talking about the relationship between someone and their grandma's sister's grandchild, the distance in relation would be considered a second cousin once removed; you share a great-grandparent with this person, making them your second cousin, and the "once removed" part signifies that there is one generation difference between you and them (your grandma's sister's grandchild is a generation below you).
Explanation:
Your grandma and her sister share the same parents (your great-grandparents).
Your grandma's sister's grandchild is the child of your great-aunt, making them your second cousin.
Since you are one generation above your grandma's sister's grandchild, they are considered "once removed"""

And there isn't much of a law to even prohibit marriage of second cousins once removed. Plus, they can't have offspring anyway. This isn't omegaverse. Plus, in most other countries, there are closer cousins that do marry. Consider this as "distant relatives". It isn't incest. Good grief.
Educate yourselves.

it is incest a lot of people (including myself) still consider second cousins close relatives.. just cuz they cant have kids or marry doesnt mean its okay morally.. dont try to excuse it, its weird

It's like saying "hey sis our grandchildren are fucking each other "
    What are you sayiiiing

Lmao, all those research and you still failed to educate yourself too. Second-hand embarrassment all the way here. Since you know how to do research on Google, would you maybe like to research “are second cousins once removed blood related?” and then tell us what Google answered you?

Yes they're blood related. Distantly. Like good grief. Okay listen. If you wanna get technical, all of us on this planet are distantly related. You're my cousin, 15 times removed. And guess what? That's the most distant you can get on this planet. Scientific fact.
    Another Google fact:

"Everyone on Earth is closely related, sharing common ancestors from a relatively recent past, with most individuals being at least a 10th or 15th cousin to anyone else on the planet. This closeness is due to pedigree collapse, where our individual family trees merge into a common ancestor, a concept supported by DNA-based genetic research and mathematical modeling.

I know my research. Do you?

You know? You called this knowing? Ew.

And hey, did you see the reply before mine? That’s what this is, basically. And you still call whatever you did a thorough research? Disgusting

You don’t need a research for this, dunno why you did. Maybe it’s a proof of whatever it is that you lack.

    Sumire Tachibana October 1, 2025 1:25 am

The proof is what you lack, tbh. Go do your own dang research, then. Go prove me wrong. Cause technically, nobody has yet. And don't add things I didn't say. Like putting words in my mouth. Use your own mind, your own intelligence and try to understand what I'm trying to explain. If you can't...then that's just St your brain's capacity. Andi apologize for overloading it.

    You’re forgiven :)

Damn, talking to you really did overload my brain cause i don’t know why you keep saying what you’re saying. And proving your pointless point.

No one’s proved you wrong yet? That’s because of your inability to grasp basic concepts, so you end up thinking you’re making some powerful point when you’re really not. When Google said “Yes” when you research if second cousins once removed are blood related, yet you still fail to comprehend—is it not you being proved wrong already? I cannot. This is why i regret talking to you and should’ve left you be and let you think you made some groundbreaking research. Lmao, small brain peeps who only read manhwa as a form of literature are really something.

I actually read plain literature as well. Romances. Adventure. Sci-fi. Mystery. I like all forms of literature. I actually prefer over moving pictures.

I'm so sorry you had to experience this chain of replies... alot of people here do not possess the basics of reading comprehension and it shows. Thank you for the research and info and as someone from a country and culture that even first cousins are allowed to marry I personally don't consider cousins incest but these aren't even that closely related. But thank you anyways. Also being blood related is only important for reproduction unless it's immediate family(siblings and stuff like that) which makes it weird and disgusting (because biologicaly our brains feel disgusted to prevent the genetic monstrosity that happens there it has nothingto do with morals) other than that I don't think you can tie morality into it lmao... why would it be morally wrong that's kinda funny.

Well personally as long as it is not direct blood related, and if they are, not siblings or direct cousin, i have 0 problem. My sis is dating our 3rd cousin then (on track to marry). Irl you would realise how far related that is. We didnt even know each other until very recently.

I guess it is very hard for people to know the boundary of what incest is if they are not told before hand by family. And side note lemme put it here (sworn brother are not incest) :>
