U feel like it was a western artist to who made it but I don’t remember. There was a cloaked Ike who goes into a bar and meets who blond guys who and the three end up going back to a hotel and have sex. There’s a whole political thing going on with the elites controlling the public with these masked guards who do random searches in the streets.
