you can literally ask that almost any romance author why they do shit? Because of views/money or because they like it. Like any 'dark romance' author would no way like their ML in the books or some Yuri stories having rape/incest and even they aren't proud to do what they do but they get paid? Like c'mon it's nothing new and if you get a name for yourself out there then what's better. Getting more money or having a romance that's actually good.
i think the author has a brain damage. i dont get why they keep writing these stupid toxic dumb relationship backgrounds etc. just make something wholesome for once wont u??? （￣へ￣）
