There is this chinese drama that I was really hooked on called SILENT LOVER (somehow meets your criteria), but not pretty sure if they have a better translation of it now. Btw I think it is still ongoing with their kid’s story.
There is another one called HOSIK’S STORY, it was pretty good actually. Not much from ur criteria but it was golden.

Power bottom, uh rape is not nescessary, he hates the seme then eventually likes him. The top gets char development and changes for the uke, like some drama, a chasing arc. Somw action too would be nice, also set in omegaverse, but if its not, its fine.
