I'm not sure if this is the correct one, but the description reminds me of Dungeon Reset! Although instead of a tower it's a dungeon, but there is a bunny watching over it. Technically, it could also be The Tutorial is Too Hard, since it also has a bunny-human character as the moderator. I hope this helps and you find it soon!
