This manga is unlike most yaoi because of its realistic portrayal of rape. Whether or not they become a "couple" is to be determined. There's still a few more chapters and we still don't know what happened to get them to the intro scene.

Not the sex part. There is a image where it looks like they are kinda hugging and Haruki has a tsundere looking blush face. I know before he had that dead looking face but this time it looks different.

I still have hope that he hates him, lol. That's definitely what the beginning suggests. Plus I don't see him changing his mind that quickly. He could be going along with it, he could be doing it to make Hikaru happy since at least he'll be able to make someone happy even though he's miserable, he could be pretending it's someone else. There are really a lot of factors that go into it.
And he still looked dead inside to me. I saw no love for Hikaru.
