It is a dream, and gets hilariously weird, actually. Like at one point he gets dressed in a kinky cat costume.
He wakes up, I think they kiss a little, iirc. Then Jinha shows him the past when he was drunk. They go pretty far, but then Siwon falls asleep. From that point on it's mainly kissing since Siwon is still convinced that he isn't in love with Jinha.
If you think this cliffhanger is bad, then just wait for chapter thirty-one. XD
