I feel like a lot of things are missing in the manhwa in comparison to the novel. In the novel it says that since he’s a purebred wolf and wolf’s are monogamous they mate for life. Also meaning they’re careful with who they’re having sex with as that person would be their mate. In the Tops case though he was always more careful due to his pheromone shocks that are uncontrollable + him being scared that he might transform and hurt his partner by accident which is also a reason he was careful in taking a partner
