Well thats the manga tht show up in my mind..
I'm currently following The Promised Neverland. There's not so much death scenes and one of the main protagonist trio is a girl whose some other readers see her as annoying (too idealistic) but it's so good and intense.
Tokyo ghoul and Tokyo ghoul:re. Both super nice

Manga or Anime like Shingeki no Kyojin where every chapter will keep you on the edge of your sit and full of mystery and death lol
i prefer if the MC is a boy (no annoying girl pls)
