~Secretary Jin's Confinement Diary - uke is (secretly) happily kidnapped and confined; some S&M/BDSM
~Cozy Obsession - uke knows how 'the story' ends and decides to make it a happy ending; Omegaverse (a bit unique)
--both have transmigration/isekai-ish aspects as well
those are VERY simple 'summaries', and really those two have more in common with each other than with this manga, but there's a similar enough quality i think if you like this one you'd likely find enjoyment in those (particularly Secretary Jin's)
