She doesn't really end up with anyone. So if you're going to read it, chances are you'll end up unsatisfied because your ship didn't happen. Unless you like these type of stories, then I'm sure you'll enjoy it
The very last panel shows she ended up with Shindou--they are dressed as adults and her hair is longer again. I assume that's the meaning.
