Are you the one who uploaded chapters 3 and 4? It's fine if you want to translate for personal practice. But someone already had this project. You shouldn't steal the project from them. It's rude to do that.
Everyone is free to translate in now-do. And since she posted the link here instead of reporting it to mangago, there's a possibility that it's not her who uploaded it here.
It's a possibility, but the fact that they're sharing it here, of course someone is going to submit it for upload here. That's how people on the internet work. It'd be one thing if they posted it on their social media. But to post it here when someone has already been working hard to translate is still disrespectful.
I saw the comment that the previous translator put up and it said "And if you want to try, you can translate it too" so it might be a group project sort of thing?
I don't think that was the original translator. It had a link to now-do, right? Pretty sure that person is this person before an account was made. (Like their reply to their own comment here)
