I feel like there’s a decent fair amount of both sides. I’m personally from the western part of the world. There’s plenty of us here I can assure you lol ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
I discovered there are many users from USA, Europe, and East Asia. They tend to be very reserved. Last year around Christmas, I chatted with some Brazilians about a shounen manga. They are also very reserved in the comments.
