Okay I THINK I remember it being from Never Understand, but I have to verify this
Found it, its chapter 3 of nichijou climax. I looked so hard, I even asked publicly. I was just reading nichijou climax again for fun one day… a whole year after. And it came back just like that.
Maybe its a lesson on not wasting a lot of time looking for smth, it will come on its own later. Anyway, in case anyone was following, this is the manga, chapter 3:

It was a cute scene but I don’t remember the story at all. The seme holds the uke’s hands and the uke tries to shake him off, but can’t and then gives up. The seme’s happy smile then becomes bigger when the uke gives up and just lets him hold his hand.
