Haewon wouldn’t even be haewon then, he would just be another generic white haired ml and he def wouldn’t be able to have the same personality if he’s his right hand man that grew up with him haewon’s personality and character are only this way because of the current settings of the story, and the way mc(im shit with names) treats him would also be different, especially if haewon would be his right hand man(as we actually see how mc treats his right hand man rn)

I don’t think it would be possible if they grew up with each other since they would’ve been in similar environments that would shape their personality similarly. Haewon is able to act like a clingy puppy because he doesn’t know enough about the world Rn and has been protected and spoiled by Mc. Also, we do see the mc’s relationship with his right hand man and that would be the more likely relationship if that’s how it went. Their personalities and relationship dynamic would only work if they met later and lived separately, but then it would again be a different story.
