Toyotaro was left the mantle to the series by Toriyama before he died. He took a break because he was grieving, and the break went on even longer cause Shueisha was trying to take the rights from him and Toriyama's family. However everything has been worked out, and it should return later this year.
Soo.. the author (sensei) this is the last chapter?? None gonna take over? In anime Dragonball daima will end of end of Feb28 so other is March1 (author 1 yr death)
