Hey guys its been a year but someone finally found it for me! I got a few details wrong but it's the same story nonetheless.
Sauce : lovers in conflict - chapter 4 "wild roses crown
It's about a disabled ( blind and cant walk) girl who is in love with her older brother. She can't really do anything so she relies on him for everything. There's this friend of the older bro who always visits them both and the older brother thinks they have something going on. Turns out the older brother is in love and obsessed with her too. When the friend tells the bro just because she's disabled, it doesn't mean she can't go outside, the brother says no I'm not letting her go out, she's too fragile. He asks her, are you sure you don't want to go outside, she basically says I'm happy to be here with my older brother. At the end, we find out she got her sight back(lost it during a fever) but kept it a secret so her brother will continue to do everything for her.
Edit: I think it was set around the early 1900-1920's and might have been a oneshot.
