I was also really hoping for a time loop. As much as I love the old men it's so tragic that tatakawa spent his whole life trying to find the MC only to basically cast himself into the abyss and die after being with him once. He also deserved the chance to fall in love with him and live a long life. I'm actually gutted he was so blushing and dedicated to the MC

don't you think Tatekawa and yi yan has become one person, at the end MC did say yi yan has become more like Tatekawa and if Tatekawa really die then the world he created will disappear as well.
Well, he built the world for MC. I think as long as MC is alive so will the world. I think Yan is a clone so of course he is similar to Tatekawa, but a copy is a copy. Also, with him in his 50s (?), how many years does Yan have left?

My poor guy spent money and years to find him, when he does he is hundreds of years too early. My guy becomes a demon due to loneliness. He creates copies to help his love t kill him. Then he finally gets to be with him and he dies?! I was hoping they would do a time loop where the end up together before the accident.
