Because it affects the readers mental state, into rhinki that a figure like this is considered lustful, and this type of poeti is mostly seen in kids, now that's concerning. But overall, there's nothing wrong with having small and petite body type, It's the people, and the exploitation of this portions. But the girl from this manga is genuinely a normal adult woman, so yeah, maybe they're just shocked and concerned about the author's art style.
