I mean, stockholm syndrome, mind break, this level of manipulation and gaslighting... I don't think it's possible for him to "fall in love", but he could be acting like it, because he doesn't have any other option. Like, he can literally loose his mind and end up as a husk of himself. If he "falls in love" with the guy who is raping him, it isn't because this is "romantic" or because he fell for his toxic "charm", but because his mind doesn't know what else to do to survive.
Even if he "falls is love", it's a "love" from a horror story, with psychological manipulation and not true free will.
