i think it was explained that she only grew up to be around 15 in a very limited environment (in imprisonment and slavery) so she probably didn’t have much time to mature the way normal people do, so she is child-like but understands more adult concepts

Shes still a kid. She has the mind of the kid. She didnt go back in time , regress, etc, she simply just "dreamed" of her future as if she read it as a storybook!
