Since when was Tokyo Ghoul not a 18+ manga? It has always delved into the taboo subjects. We all got to take this chapter with some maturity. If a mildly censored sex scene is too much but seeing bodies be ripped apart is ok, then perhaps skip this latest chapter or stop reading. There were hints this was going to happen. At least they did not show in detail some of the more grotesque scenes involving Mitsuki. The sex scene wasn't put it for nothing. It showed the change in their relationship, how clueless they were about sex and how they treated each other with respect the entire time. Idk it screams "love" to me.
