It kinda comes to my mind, about touken relationship are going to be.. actually the author already made an alarm if you read several chapter before when takeomi suddenly proposed and then urie, yonebayashi, akira and amon... many scenes explicitly was talking about romance..
So I thought there would be something shocking about the mc relationship too, especially when touka began to talk about virginity... and yeah.. that's it..
