Well in my opinion there was some lost potential if this was meant to be a Love story in the classical way.
I would have liked the ML to warm up and have a bit more of a character development into a healthy love. But he seems hyper fixated on the MC and manipulative to the very end. I seriously felt bad for MC, since he really tried to see the best in his lover even when scared or unwillingly strung along by his behavior. It definitely feels like a toxic relationship. I mean seriously if the MC was a girl he'd probably be pregnant by the the end just so he can't make run. I think it is a really good story if it was meant to be portrayed as Toxic/possessive love(?).
