Tbh it’s not all that toxic, ML and MC are great for each other. Trauma can do a lot but that shit wasn’t caused by each other, it was caused by other people. I re read this story a lot exactly cause of that, I like that they weren’t the reason for each others suffering. Most BL’s would have had ML abuse MC like his ex, but he wasn’t like that so that was nice.
