I don't think so considering that he had cancer and was probably undergoing chemo, my guess is that she was moving on and that Mika already has a new boyfriend and moving on with life.
My mistake, I just reread the last chapter since I don't wanna reopen trauma, but yeah I guess she really is pregnant with Hiro's child. I guess they still did it even though he had cancer, but yeah it's Hiro's
