Nope. He said that Owen is treating Leo as he pleases. There’s a phrase in English “suit yourself” meaning “do as you please”. Owen doesn’t need to do any of the things he’s doing. He doesn’t need to feed him at all, he doesn’t need to touch him at all, and he only needs to give him a blood bag every 2 weeks. Owen wouldn’t admit to liking him and wanting to touch him and being jealous of blood bags. He wanted Leo as a lover and is very very possessive of him. Owen didn’t just want Leo to only feed off of him, he wanted love and sex too. If Leo had more than 2 brain cells he would have figured it out though.
i read this years ago and didn’t really understand what hot young master meant by owen wanting leo to suit him. now i get it. owen wanted to make leo only able to feed off him ?
