The story setting is in a supernatural war zone and its kinda like a Guideverse (Esper X Guide) but it not called that and the mc is the one with powers while the ml is a soilder that hates him at first. It started off with them telling us that people started to get powers but super attached to one person to the point they would do anything that other person said or get stessed then blow up i have been looking forever for this.
