the English legal manga edition has been discontinued after one volume (why folks...), but the Japanese original manga is still going strong! up to 6 vols. out now (▰˘◡˘▰)

I like this story and I read somewhere that it is discontinued WHY? I want to know at the end do they at least get married or not? I wanted to see more of this couple and how they progress in their relationship!! So PLEASE GET SOMEONE TO UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE ASAP!!! thx D
