I don't know where this story leads but those who say it's not romanticised I don't know if we're reading the same manhwa? Bcoz MC is first in this vicious circle because he's in love and makes ML an obsession?

MC knows what horrible things are done to him and wishes to kill them for it. I think he hates himself for loving the ML. So i wouldn't call it "romanticized" tbh
