because he loves his twin and apparently eating meat gives a stronger body odor. he doesnt want to have a strong body odor as animals can tell who they are related to by their odor. therefore, he doesnt want to be related to his brother as he loves him

LOL i was about to say that... but then i thought (since i love Satoshi and had to somehow justify him): hey, people have different perceptions of reality, although it may be stupid it actually makes sense, you know like when you're eating waffles, and you have to make sure every little square's full of syrup -one by one (without spilling) and find it extremely fun? :))
