I think the way he said "If that's what you want I won't say no" is a sign he didn't care for kissing but wants to do things for his teach. His reaction said the same thing, even right before he opened his mouth. I think that's the deceitful part, Like teach is gonna see there is no emotional attachments to the actions and maybe it's so weird he threw up. Or the human taste was too much. Bc he didn't seem grumpy in the end.
