Since you can see that summer provided the eggs, she’s the one that asked him to have kids with her after she’s gone. She may have been a nice girl, but I’ve never seen someone ask that of their partner knowing they don’t have time left. Most I see is the partner just asking them to be happy and move on with someone new or never to forget them, that’s it. It’s pretty wild to ask your partner to basically become a widow and single father just cause she wanted proof of their love existing with the kids, after she’s gone.

Se true, if I’m dying I want my loved ones to be happy after my passing, and to remember me in happy ways, not shackle them with something, specially kids who will be put in a world orphans since their birth, so selfish.
The snippets we have from Summer show that she would not want this man to be so torn up and obsessed with having her babies from beyond the grave. And then saying he wish he would join her?? Like bro, she’d want you to be happy and move on. I can’t speak for everyone but why would I want someone to bring my kids into the world while I’m dead and can’t even raise them together??? This dude is hopeless and I hope he regrets when River leaves.
