I personally don't really like this Manga, but I at least understand that it's FAKE. No I wouldn't, but this is yaoi and yaoi as any sane person would know is fiction. PURE FICTION, and would have the brains to tell fantasy from reality. I understand your concern, but you need to chill out. if you don't like it thats fine to express your opinion, but don't challenge others people's tastes here its all fiction and should stay that way.

@jenny: oh give it a rest, how old are you, 10? it's called FICTION, and for some people it's their cup of tea and considered cute from a certain POV. it's just not your cup of tea, so instead of bashing other's opinion about its cuteness, just shy away from this type of manga. geez
You could really use that argument for anything. For instance, if someone plays a violent video game, that doesn't mean they think that the actions in the game are acceptable in real life.
And before you say anything else, it's not like I don't understand the full consequences of abuse, I can assure you that I do, being a victim one time myself. Most people here can differentiate reality from fiction.
I think she was just bringing up the point. We all get that it's a manga and yaoi so who cares. :D And personally if I knew I was the main character of a yaoi then yes it's adorable or well at least he made his point. (of course assuming it's a mutual love etc)

and guys i know that it's fiction and blah blah blah blah blah i get all that but let me just explain my opinion on this subject:
this is how it is: i've actually had to pull a knife a few times in the past against my brother to ensure my own safety, and so because of those events i believe that using a knife or any sort of weapon against another human being is only for extremely dire situations
and well, the uke expressing how insecure he feels about the semes love for him.... i wouldnt call that a "dire" situation at all really
No it's not cute, but I think that most girls refer it cute by the outcome, not the situation. Get it right.
