i don't think heebum knew it was him, he kinda mentioned that when they broke up in the rooftop the first time if i remembered correctly. he said he didn't know it was yoowon in drag and asked why he kissed him.
Read chapter 9, he didn't know it was him. He just realized it later, but who knows how or when.
