The mc has black hair and has just started working in the same lab his dad worked at, but he doesn't really know what his dad was researching. It turns out his dad was keeping this guy who is the ml and has white, long hair. He's a wolf of some kind and is locked away in a room with a red collar and leash, and constantly has experiments done on him. All the wolf people in this universe commonly have yellow eyes and are extremely secretive due to most of them being hunted. The mc starts to get feelings as has sex with the ml and they eventually manage to free the ml, I think? It's been so long since I read it, and I know this is super vague I think it may have had the word 'Moon' in it, but I can't remember. There was a super cute side couple, though, where a wolf dude (guy in my pfp) fell in love with a researcher who was super nice to him, and it was low-key wholesome af.
